Private, payment-first home search

Search Arizona homes privately, by the payment you want

What happens to your information on a home search site, quoted from each site's own privacy policy, and how our search works instead.

Two ways to start

  • Search homes by payment

Create your free account to see all homes for sale that fit the monthly payment you're comfortable with, each with its actual property taxes, HOA dues, estimated homeowners insurance, and mortgage insurance when it applies, plus its own estimated closing costs and APR disclosure.

Opens the MABLS home search. Payments shown there are estimates to help you search, not a loan offer or rate quote. Your actual payment depends on price, down payment, credit, taxes, insurance, HOA, and loan program.

  • Get pre-qualified (Apply now) (opens in a new tab)

Get pre-qualified with Pam Messina at Rebel Rate Mortgage. Once you're pre-qualified, Pam can update the maximum monthly payment and total funds to close in your home search, so the homes you see match what you qualify for. If you'd like, she can also give you a free, no-obligation introduction to a real estate professional so you can start touring homes.

Opens Rebel Rate Mortgage's secure online application (my1003app.com) in a new tab. Pre-qualification isn't a loan approval or a commitment to lend; approval depends on underwriting, verification of your information, and the property.

Applications are handled by Pam Messina, NMLS #245626, Rebel Rate Mortgage, Inc. (NMLS #2571369).

Is there a private way to search homes in Arizona?

Quick answer: Yes. MABLS lets you search Arizona homes by monthly payment, and its privacy policy (version 1.4, September 15, 2026) says it doesn't sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Rebel Rate Mortgage never sells your information, and you're connected with an agent only if you ask.

Why buyers search for "how to stop realtors from calling"

On most big home search sites, the moment you ask a question or request a tour, your details go to a real estate professional. That's how those sites are paid. It isn't a secret: it's written in their privacy policies. Here is what each says, in its own words, as of October 4, 2026.

SiteWhat its own privacy policy says
Redfin
Privacy Policy, updated November 13, 2025
When you make a request such as a tour, "you authorize Redfin to share your Personal Information including your contact information, home search history, favorites and saved searches, with a real estate professional." Redfin also says it "does not sell your phone number to third parties."
Realtor.com (Move, Inc.)
Privacy Notice Highlights, last modified January 27, 2026
Lists sharing "with third parties for those parties' own marketing or other commercial purposes."
MABLS (Contact Found It Homes, LLC)
Privacy Policy v1.4, last updated September 15, 2026
"We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for targeted advertising." It shares with agents, lenders, co-buyers, and team members "as needed to provide platform features and user-requested workflows."

What "private" means on our search, and what it doesn't

Why search by payment instead of price

Two homes at the same price can cost very different amounts each month. In Maricopa County's 2026 tax table, Phoenix residential tax areas alone run from 6.14 to 15.83 per $100 of assessed value, before any community facilities district. HOA dues range from nothing to $1,320.78 a quarter in Anthem's Village condos (Anthem Community Council, 2026). A payment-first search builds each home's own taxes, HOA dues, and insurance into the number you shop by. See property tax by city.

Three steps from browsing to touring

  1. See the costs here, no signup. Every guide on this site is open, with no forms. Read the taxes, fees, and rules first.
  2. Search by payment, privately, on MABLS. Pick the monthly payment you're comfortable with. Each home shows its own property taxes, HOA dues, and insurance, so two homes at the same price can show different payments. It's a free account, and we never sell your information.
