The FHA one-unit limit in Maricopa County is $557,750. That's $16,463 above the national FHA floor of $541,287, because HUD sets it from Phoenix-Mesa-Chandler area home prices. The conforming limit is $832,750, the same in all 15 Arizona counties, because no Arizona county is designated high-cost.

Maricopa and Pinal counties make up HUD's Phoenix-Mesa-Chandler area, so they share the same FHA limits, which sit above the national FHA floor.
